We will ensure that all properties listed on our website, are genuine and reliable but we advise the buyer to do further background checks on the property including condition, debts, taxes, service charges and legal status to make a conversant decision on whether to proceed or not.

Property prices can increase as well as decrease.

RichBeck real estate can only guarantee successful deals ONLY if the conditions are respected

We strongly advise viewing before putting any money down. Agency fees, finder’s fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another property except seller cancels the transaction before signing of the legal contract.

As with any property transaction there are elements of risks involved and we advised you consult your property lawyer / solicitor to make sure you are comfortable before you proceed.
